AccuServ Repairs

AccuServ was written specifically for contractors and DLO organisations that not only had to control their repairs, but also had to be able to respond to the increasing demands of clients and the Housing Corporation for performance related information.

Repair requests can come from a many sources, directly from residents, via a client call centre, electronic interfaces or web portals.

What ever the source, once it reaches AccuServ, it is totally under your control.

Where electronic interfaces, auto allocation software and mobile technology are integrated with AccuServ, it is possible that a job can originate from the client system, and if the job is carried out as specified, the job can be completed and cleared for payment with only the operative seeing the job.

However, where AccuServ really comes in to its own is when an event or action occurs on the job that requires additonal work. For example, a part is required, or another trade needed to complete the job. The Operative can, subject to authorisation, place the order request or additional work request directly from their PDA, and that request is immediately flagged up in the control centre for further action.

In addition, as Operatives use their van stock this can be updated within AccuServ (automatically if using AccuServ Mobile) to create requistion orders to replenish the stock, and to add costs to the jobs.
