Client Interfaces

AccuServ has standard interfaces to many client housing systems, allowing contractors to receive, complete and vary jobs with a single data entry point, but also allowing DLO organisations access to the AccuServ repairs system that is in many ways better than the usual offering from the housing systems.

For you as a contractor, as clients increasingly place the onus on you to keep them informed, interfacing can provide tremendous savings by reducing the amount of double entry of data. This improves accuracy of data, and provides a better service to your client as information is more readily available to them.

As a DLO organisation, interfacing with your housing system means you are able to reap the benefits of using AccuServ to mange the repairs, but the housing system and their users do not lose out on the information that can be provided, and depending on the interface, the information they can obtain is often more comprehensive as AccuServ records all information relating to the jobs, including a detailed breakdown of costings.
