For those of you carrying out Anuual Gas Safety checks (CP12) AccuServ can provide you with the most comprehensive mobile solution available.

All of the questions pertaining to Gas Safe/Corgi requirements for completing a CP12 are on the handheld, and if they are mandetory questions they can not be left blank, forcing the engineers to complete the CP12 as required.

The handheld display is kept as simple to follow as possible, with a few simple questions per page. Depending on the answers additional questions will appear as required, but the concept is to keep it simple and ensure the legal document is completed .

Additionally, if your client requests other test to be done, these can be catered for, and turn on or off per contract. For example, some of our gas contractors are testing smoke alarms, CO detectors, shower heads and emersion heaters. These can all be made part of the Gas Safety check and either printed on the CP12 document, or a supplimentory sheet.

All completed CP12 details are stored within the AccuServ database, and can be printed whenever required.

AccuServ will also produce the CP12 in electronic format, most commonly in adobe .pdf format.
