Gas Breakdowns
AccuServ Mobile replaces your written jobs tickets and time sheets, by sending your operatives their list of jobs to their mobile PDA devise.
When your operative views the job, and hits the "Travel" button, messages are sent to AccuServ so your administration staff know exactly what is happening., From the moment they hit Travel, the system starts recording the travel time to the next job, and this travel time can be added as a cost to the job. There is a "Delay" button in case they get stuck in traffic.
Once they arrive on the job, the on site time is also recorded as a cost against the job.
If they can not gain access, they are able to select reasons why, and if there is simply no answer at the property, they can take a photo of the front door as proof they were there.
As they complete the job, you are able to configure the information they are allowed to change, for example, if it is a schedule of rates contract, you may allow them to alter the SOR codes used on the job, delte items not used, add additional items. OPtionally, these can automaitcally update the job, or more commonly, this detail is recorded in a text box for your administration staff to validate before updating the effective sales value of your job.
If items are used from their van stock, they can select the item and quantity from a drop down list of their own stock, which will create a requisition for replenishment, and add the cost of those items to the job.
If the Gas Appliance has been isolated from the gas

supply, and regulation 26.9 applies, your operative clicks on the apporiate button and a further series of questions are asked relating to the gas installation.
Signatures of both the operative and the tenant can be captured and stored.
You can record on the job that you have left temporary equipment, and this creates an event in AccuServ that your administration staff can monitor, and it stays as an open event until the equipment is collected.
You can also record that you left a tenant satisfaction card, or optionally you can send the satisfaction survey to the PDA device, and the device can be handed to the tenant to complete, the results of the survey are hidden from the operative when the tenant completes them.
