Gas Safety Checks

If you are an organisation that carry out Annual Gas Safety Checks (CP12), AccuServ can provide you with a unique control screen that allows all users to monitor the complaince of each and every contract, helping you to acheive the Housing Corporation targets for compliance.

To help ensure you get every opportunity to gain access to the property, when staff are entering or reviewing breakdown jobs, a bulletin board displays a message showing the last CP12 date and length of time to expirey, allowing your staff to book the gas safety check at the same time as the breakdown repair if it is within the contractural window of expiry, usually 4 to 6 weeks in advance.

The system uses a traffic light warning system to highlight properties that will expire in the the next 4 - 6 weeks (amber alert), allowing you to commence service access letters, and properties where the CP12 is overdue (red alert)

The system tracks the number of letters sent and the number of no accesses, allowing you to easily report to your clients the current status of the contract. For example, you can constrain the screen to show you and your clients all the properties with an open job that are at a status of No Access 3 (ie., for most contracts, about to go "legal").

Service letters are created and printed directly from the control screen, making administration a simple task.

When linked with AccuServ Mobile completions and no accesses are automatic, and the no access can trigger the creation of the next service access letter and appointment.
