Stock Control
AccuServ incorporates a sophisticated and fully integrated stock control system. Most other systems in the market place have stock control as an afterthought, whereas AccuServ was built around our extensive expertise in a variety of specialist stock control environments.
Purchase orders can be raised against a specific job, tying the costs of the order to that job, and highlighting to administration staff when the parts have come in so the job can be completed as quickly as possible.
Your Supplier Purchase Invoices are matched against actual deliveries booked in to the stores. This has two major benefits to you, 1. you can not be invoiced for the same goods twice, and 2. you can not be invoiced for goods you have not received.
You are able to set limits on the value of orders staff members can place, for example, admin staff may be able to place orders up to a value of £500, management up to £2,500, and directors open.
You can also configure a user as to whether or not they are able to purchase hazardous material.
Every stock movement creates a unique transaction within AccuServ, and these transactions are at ACTUAL cost of the batch allocated to that transaction on a first in first out basis.
If an item is a "One Off" and is purchased for a particular job, the actual cost of that one off is allocated to the job.
Detailed reports are availabe to show stock valuations, movements, supplier delivery performance and many more.
Also included is a retro-active stock valuation where you provide a date, and the system reverses out all transcation since that date to give you the actual value and quantities of stock on the date specified, extrememly useful for auditors doing your year end accounts.
Stock useage reports also ensure your are keeping the correct items in stores stock, not overstocking with items that never shift, or running low on items that are in constant use.
Our sophistcated purchasing aid screen shows the useage of items of the previous 12 months, and forecasts based on current stock levels and movements how many you should be purchaing to ensure you do not run out in your busy periods.
